About Our Speaker: Mr. Thomas E. Stevens is the Executive Director of the Space Launch Delta 30 and the Western Range (WR) at Vandenberg SFB, California. The SLD 30 is responsible for ensuring technical, financial, contractual, and procedural processes are in place to provide reliable, efficient, cost-effective launch and range services to the nation and international customers. The WR is the only U.S. platform for polar orbit launches and the only location to conduct intercontinental ballistic missile testing without over-flying populated areas.
